PRIMEWRAP SUPPLY – RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At PrimeWrap Supply, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim for complete customer satisfaction. Please review our updated policy below:

RETURNS

Due to the nature of B2B sales, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns for:
    •    Change of mind
    •    Over-ordering
    •    Customer error in specifications or quantities

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must:
    1.    Contact us within 3 business days of delivery at team@primewrapsupply.com
    2.    Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue for verification

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be issued if:
    •    The product is confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
    •    The product is unavailable or discontinued before shipping

Important:
    •    Refund requests must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery
    •    All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
    •    Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless PrimeWrap Supply is at fault

DELIVERY ISSUES

For orders eligible for free local delivery, the customer is responsible for ensuring someone is present to receive and inspect the shipment.
    •    We are not responsible for products lost, stolen, or damaged after successful delivery confirmation
    •    If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, redelivery fees may apply

ADDITIONAL TERMS
    •    Any exceptions to this policy must be approved in writing by PrimeWrap Supply management
    •    PrimeWrap Supply reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice
